Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–19:00 (Paris time). Need it sooner? Priority (€19) gets you a first version in about 4 business hours when capacity allows.

Real editors on our team. Every video is edited and checked by a real editor before you see it — following your brief, your footage and any reference you share.

Footage in MP4, MOV, M4V or WEBM, up to 50 GB per file — straight from your phone or camera is perfect. Your logo can be PNG, JPG, WEBP, SVG, PDF, AI or EPS. Brand photos and graphics are welcome too.

Uploads go directly to private storage and can resume if your connection drops.

Each package includes a raw footage allowance: up to 5 min with the 15 sec package, 10 min with 30 sec and 20 min with 60 sec.

Have more? Add 10 extra minutes for €9 at a time, as many times as you need.

Yes. Upload a video you love or paste a link, and our editors will use it as creative direction for pacing, text and mood. It’s completely optional.

Choose “Surprise me”. Our editors pick the style that suits your footage and your goal. You still get your included revision if you’d like something changed.

Yes. Simple text is included in every edit. For word-by-word animated captions, add Dynamic subtitles (€9) when you order.

Yes. Motion+ (€19) adds animated titles, branded text and animated product or service callouts. Motion Pro (€39) covers advanced motion design: masking, tracking and custom graphic scenes.

One revision round is included. Leave all your notes in one go — with timestamps, right on the video — and we’ll send back an updated version. Need another round after that? It’s €12.

Yes. Choose your main format — vertical 9:16, landscape 16:9 or square 1:1 — and add the others for €7 each. Same edit, reframed for each placement.

No problem. We measure your footage as it uploads and tell you straight away, for example: “Your plan includes 10 minutes of raw footage. We detected approximately 14 minutes.” Add 10 more minutes for €9 per block, or choose a longer package, and carry on.
